Daniel 7:4 The first Beast, "The heart of a man..."

Greetings Y.O.R.W.W. Congregation
Today has been a interesting day for Bible reading. Both scheduled chapters in the book of Daniel have to do with Daniel's Visions of things to come.
There are so many questions that could be asked in chapters 7 & 8. But after reading how much the visions effected Daniel, I am gonna only ask one--especially after reading how Daniel described some of these effects on him in verse 28 chapter 8 which says, "I, Daniel, was exhausted and lay ill for several days. then I got up and went about the king's business. I was appalled by the vision; it was beyond understanding." NIV Wow!!!
One question that I would like to ask is about what happens to the first of the four beast--the one that was like a lion and had the wings of an eagle-- in Chapter 7 verse 4 that mentions after the first beast's wings were torn off it stood on two feet like a man. And "...there was given to it the heart of a man." NWT
What is meant by the words, "...there was given to it the heart of a man."
Thanks much for your time and consideration.
