HOW JEHOVAH FEEDS HIS SHEEP IN OUR MODERN DAY
YORWW Congregation Manuscript #1007
In the "Identifying Godly Inspiration" Article we made the following powerful, insightful point. As "Public Instructors" of God's Word, as shown by Jesus at Matthew 13:52, we collectively stated as a united congregation the following:
----------------------------------Quote--------------------------------
...In addressing the question of inspiration, we come to the subject of "prophets" and their ability to predict the future. Relative to predictions, God's Holy word does predict the future, as penned by many "prophets of old." God's Word does tell us many things about the future by means of what we call PROPHECY. Therefore, what constitutes "inspiration" in a person or not, could be determined by what is said and whether the prediction does come true.
In Deuteronomy chapter 18:22, God's Word states,
"...when the prophet speaks in the name of Jehovah and the word does not occur or come true, that is the word that Jehovah did not speak. With presumptuousness the prophet spoke it. You must not get frightened at him."
In the above situation, the all-important criteria for determining whether a person is a true or false prophet is described simply as saying... if "the word DOES NOT occur or come true" then we can conclude that a false prophecy has been uttered and that person is a false prophet. However, did you notice that it does not necessarily give a "time limit" on when the prophecy or prophetic words are to come true. Did you notice this?
In other words, the genuine criteria or "measuring stick" for identifying a false prophet then is not WHEN the message comes true...no, but DOES IT come true, as predicted. In other words, does the event itself happen. Does this event come to pass, does it come true, that is, the event itself.
Thus, in the case of the Watchtower Society's teachings surrounding the date of 1914 -- it is not so important whether these events occurred on a particular date, as it is whether what the Watchtower Society said would happen, happens on that date or an even later. In other words, if what the WTS teaches about the date of 1914 didn't occur at that time, but occurred say 20 years later, 1934, and if Jesus was actually ENTHRONED in 1934...they the Watchtower would perhaps be a few years off in their prediction, but since the things they said actually happened in 1934, 20 years later from the original date -- still the Watchtower Society could be said to be a TRUE PROPHET!
And, yes they would be a true prophet, again as Deuteronomy 18:22 says,
"the word of the prophet occurred, and came true,"
although just a little later than originally thought...that's all. True, they were off in their prediction by 20 years. And, we could say the Watchtower Society, yes, could still be viewed as true "inspired" prophets of God if we focused on WHAT they said should happen and not so much on WHEN they said it would happen. So it is the event itself that should be given the primary focus and not so much exactly when the event is to occur. Because if the event they predict should "come true" as the scripture says, then this one is still an "inspired" prophet of God. Therefore, it is WHAT the person or group of persons say that should be given the primary focus, not WHEN they said it would happen. Yes, the important thing to watch for in identifying an INSPIRED "True Prophet" of God is: Does what the person says actually come true. And this is based solidly upon the wording of Divine Instructions left us in Deuteronomy 18:22. Now, do you see the situation a little clearer, relative to the question of determining whether Divine Inspiration is present or not?
In short, then, the Watchtower Society could be viewed appropriately as "inspired" prophets of God if, in fact, WHAT they say and teach were to come true, relative to our day and time. Yes, they could be "inspired" prophets of God based upon WHAT they teach rather than necessarily WHEN they say it is to come to pass. Think about it!
So as we move through this most controversial topic, it my sincere hope that we can gain a more focused perspective on the matter of how to determine whether a person is "inspired" of God or not. And in so doing, no doubt, this could help us better understand whether God would send us a modern-day "prophet" or "prophetess," for that matter, in these "last days" of this system of things to assist others toward a more spiritual approach to this much misunderstood subject. In other words, we need to know exactly what it means to be an inspired "prophet" or "prophetess" of God according to Jehovah God's Own Inspired Word itself. And we need to teach others properly, "rightly dividing" the Word of Truth from God. -- 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV"
-------------------------------------end of quote--------------------------------
We, as members of the YORWW Congregation, who accept the role of "Public Instructors" (Matthew 13:52) of God's Word, are constantly remained of Paul's wise counsel given at Romans 2:21 which says,
"do you, however the one teaching someone else, not teach yourself?..."
Yes, using the provided YORWW Manuscripts as teaching "tools," we always endeavor to "teach" ourselves and continue polish up our own skills in our own "teaching," continually improving and progressing in our teaching. Yes, we as Public Instructors always "pay constant attention to our teaching," as Paul recommended. -- 1 Timothy 4:16
Therefore, I thought it wise for us to come to a very good understanding of the above information.
You will notice, I ... as Modern Day "Servant" and "Chieftain" of God's Earthly Temple Arrangement, have not spoken much about the unfaithful "locusts" of years gone by, until a person reaches what we call "Stage 2" or the actual point of where he or she is applying for official entrance into the YORWW Congregation. It is then, and only then, that I begin to speak of such things, and such miserably unfaithful people that originally accompanied me, when I began my personal journey for Godly Truth, Living Waters indeed, found only in the "wilderness" some 14 years from the writing of this article. Yes, I officially left the JW Organization, May 1st, 1991.
At that time, there were some 14 baptized Jehovah's Witnesses that left with me, and wrote their letters of disassociation from the JW Organization, because of the revealed "lawlessness" that we had come into knowledge of at that time. (1 John 3:4) These individuals will remain nameless for the time being, but I feel it important to relate some key events surrounding our escape from WTS and some of the key issues facing us, as we fulfilled the contents of Revelation 9:1-11. We became the "Locusts" led by the fallen "Star," myself, as shown at Revelation 9:1-3. And amazingly enough, we left the JW Organization in 1991, with that particular understanding, namely that we were "Star" and "Locust" respectively.
As we began our journey, we were faced immediately with the question of "inspiration" and how we were to properly understand this. We remembered, that God had dealt in a very special way with Moses, in communicating with him as the Administrator of the Mosaic Law. God's word tells us that Jehovah "transmitted" His Law to him, by means of Angels. A miraculous means of communication. -- Acts 7:53; Galatians 3:19
Also, we were familiar with God's means of communication with His next Channel of Communication & Chief Administrator for the Christian Law Covenant, Jesus Christ. Again, thru the most miraculous means, Jehovah even upon occasion, communicated directly with him, one-on-one. -- See John 12:28.
Therefore, naturally, many of the "locusts" thought that this method of miraculous communication would continue, either thru angels or some other miraculous means. But, it didn't.
Instead, in time, we were introduced to a new concept, the "East Gate" form of communication, yes the "East Gate" concept, where miraculous "bread" was given out by Almighty God Himself to the "Chieftain." At that time, we gradually began to understand that God was building a Grand Spiritual Temple, and that He would be pleased to meet with and have "communion meals" with the "Chieftain" of that particular temple of His making, to continue to enlighten this especially privileged "intimate group" of His making. (Jeremiah 23:18, 22) A Grand privilege indeed, for the "Chieftain" himself! -- Ezekiel 44:3
In addition, we began to see the relevance of the prophecy of Isaiah 50:4 where God said of His "Servant,"
"...He awakens morning by morning; he awakens my ear to hear like the taught ones."
The above biblical expression "morning by morning" implied the "Servant" of God, would acquire this miraculous knowledge or communication with Jehovah ... gradually ... gradually ... gradually. As if by a learning process.
Some of the "locusts" accepted this idea at first, but for some, it did not set very well, even from the beginning. Thus, what followed was a host of insidious "problems", diabolical disputes and "Satanic" disagreements among the "locusts" the "Star" of Revelation 9th chapter. This ran from Fall of 1991 thru Spring of 1995, until finally, a major split occurred in the group, then called: TWMC Information Center.
No doubt, I can say without hesitation, that the primary reason an individual leaves our group, has always been centered around our unique viewpoint of what "inspiration" is in our day, and how Jehovah chooses to deal with His People of our time. Especially the way He chooses to deal with the Modern Day "Servant," the "Chieftain" of our time. (Isaiah 49:1-7) Also, since that time over the years since Spring of 1995, we have encounted several more Jehovah's Witnesses themselves, who at one time joined our small group, but later left the group and become mortal "enemies" of ours, again, primarily because our viewpoint of "inspiration" and how it worked today upon the "Chieftain." -- Philippians 3:18
Therefore, because of this fact, we sometimes encounter individuals, who are privy to this information, that will attack us, the YORWW Congregation, and our unique beliefs about what constitutes true Godly Inspiration and what constitutes a "false" prophet in God's eyes, and not our own.
A "REVISED" STATEMENT
You will notice, in the front cover of the publication we released called The "Report" Volume I, a statement is made: Revised February 2003.
Yes, this message called the "Report" has been "revised", changed, updated. And no, we are not trying to hide this fact.
Many of our "enemies," feel if a person is "inspired" by God, then there will not ever be a need for a "revision." Do you feel that way?
No doubt this is a very powerful argument against accepting the claim of the YORWW Congregation, of saying they are led by the "Spirit of Truth" from Almighty God Himself. -- John 16:13; Revelation 22:17
However, we believe to accept such a viewpoint, actually challenges the veracity and truthfulness of Isaiah 50:4, which clearly says, God's Servant would learn or acquire this miraculous "knowledge" from God, "...morning by morning." What do you think?
This is a very good question, we feel...a major hurdle from Satan himself.
There is no question but that, as time moves on, the Modern Day "Servant" will increase in knowledge and understanding. This means, of course, less and less changes will be forthcoming from his writings. Nevertheless, we can't discount the fact that God progressively reveals information (bread) to the "Chieftain" in the "East Gate," as time goes by. Sometimes this information that God reveals to the "Chieftain" serves to alter or change the biblical concept known and understood by the Modern Day Servant of God. When these "changes" occur, the "Chieftain" dutifully reports these to the YORWW Congregation itself. In other words, we as a united congregation accept the fact, that indeed, changes, adjustments to our understanding of Holy Scripture, and can and does occur, from time to time. And we are fully prepared to accept these changes, based upon the contents of Isaiah 50:4 and Ezekiel 44:3. Do you feel the same way?
All during your first 30-Day Probationary Period of being a YORWW Member, you will be asked to evaluate and analyze some of these "changes" or "adjustments" in understanding, in arriving at your final decision of whether to become a permanent member of the YORWW Family or not. In other words, these special 30 Days being alloted to you personally, thus become your time to "look us over," as we also, "look you over" for fitness to become a permanent member of the YORWW Congregation.
THE ACCUSATION: THE "CHIEFTAIN" IS A FALSE PROPHET!
Naturally, over the years, the "Chieftain" of the YORWW Temple, has been accused as being a false prophet. One notable example came in the Spring 2003, because of the belief that the YORWW Congregation had about that particular year. In the Spring of 2003, the YORWW Congregation believed that the "42 months of trampling" would began upon Jehovah's Witnesses as an international family.
Of course, this did not come true. Therefore, does this mean the YORWW Congregation who follows the lead of the person we refer to as the "Chieftain" of God's Temple, are a bunch of false prophets? What would you say?
Actually, when we examine what Deuteronomy 18:22 actually says, we of the YORWW Congregation, answer resoundingly and emphatically: "NO!"
And why?
This is because the "42 months of trampling" is still coming...meaning the prediction will come true, no matter what...admittedly a little later than we previously thought. Nevertheless, we feel, Deuteronomy 18:22, still is NOT violated.
Now, realizing that the WTS chronology is some 20 years off, meaning, Jerusalem was actually destroyed in 587 bce rather than 607 bce, if everything else about their understanding of this teaching was correct, then Jesus would have simply been enthroned in 1934, rather than 1914, some 20 years after the prediction. Thus, in this case, if Jesus had been enthroned in the year of 1934, the WTS would not have been scripturally considered: A False Prophet Organization. And we believe, this would be a correct viewpoint of things.
However we must remember, in the case of the WTS, who teaches that Jesus acquired the Kingly Throne in 1914...such a statement actually, really can never, ever come true. Why? Well, it is because the bible teaches, Jesus actually acquired kingly authority, his kingly throne in the first century, after being raised to spirit life in the heavens. Therefore the teaching of the 1914 as taught by the Watchtower Society and Jehovah's Witnesses 6 million strong, then, cannot ever, ever come true. It is provenly clearly, a false prophecy. Do you see the difference?
So then, if the "42 months of trampling" does come as promised by prophecy, at a later time, still the words uttered by the "Chieftain" and the YORWW Congregation, still ring true...the event still comes true, and thus, the "Chieftain" and the YORWW Congregation is to be properly viewed as a "true" prophet, and not a false one. Do you see my point?
Some do and some do not...
Thus, for some, this becomes the "great excuse" they need to feel they can ignore all of the "living waters," and "healing waters" that flows from God's Great Temple of our time. (Ezekiel 47:1-12) Many feel, because of this above described situation, that they can IGNORE the words of the "Chieftain" of God's Temple, and become "ignorant" of the teachings of Modern Day "Elijah" of our time. -- See 1 Corinthians 14:38; Malachi 4:5, 6.
Well in all such cases, that will have to be the personal choice of the individual in question. It will be their personal choice of whether they will either ignore these Godly words of instruction coming from Jehovah's Mouth, His prophet of our times, or wisely heed them. It is their personal choice. -- Isaiah 59:21
Therefore, we are again reminded of how Jehovah taught his Covenant-Administrators of the past. With Moses, he taught by directly, by angels, because he was so new at the laws of God, and the true purposes of God. Jehovah chose, chose to teach Moses in this manner. Yes, it is always, God's choice in the matter, as to how he wishes to teach a person His Will. And of course, later, in the case of Jesus Christ, Jehovah again chose, chose to deal with Jesus in a powerful direct manner, unequaled today by any imperfect human upon earth. Jesus' close relationship with Jehovah can never be duplicated, ever, except when mankind should be completely free of sin and sinful tendencies.
However, Jesus was perfect, completely free of sin. Therefore, this is the manner in which Jehovah chose to deal with Jesus, as Chief Administrator of the Christian Covenant. A direct one-on-one relationship, at times.
And finally, we come to our day and time. Yes, God has decided to deal with the Modern Day "Chieftain," by giving "bread" to eat, in the "East Gate," as it pleases Him. Yes, it is always, God's choice in the matter, to determine just how He wishes to deal with his Scapegoat Mediator and Chief Administrator of the Scapegoat Covenant of our time. -- Ezekiel 44:3
